“I’ve worked with professional trainers before and spent plenty of time and money, only to learn later that I’d been doing many exercises incorrectly — and paying for it with injuries. Eryn’s PT Powered Workouts have been one of the best investments I’ve made in my long‑term strength and mobility. More than once, her reminders in the videos stopped me from ‘cheating’—it truly felt like she was in the room with me. I’m already feeling stronger, moving better, and learning so much along the way.”
Most workouts strengthen around dysfunction. These workouts correct it.
PT Powered Workouts is designed to meet you wherever you are, regardless of your experience level. I use these same principles with clients ranging from complete beginners to seasoned athletes and regular gym-goers. Even individuals who already work with a personal trainer often find these cues invaluable for improving muscle activation in exercises they’ve been doing for years. Because each workout includes both regressions and progressions, you can start at the level that feels right for your body and continue to challenge yourself as you grow stronger.
Yes, PT Powered Workouts are designed to be done at home. Because of that, having a few basic weights to get started is both helpful and recommended. Once you join the membership, you’ll find a PDF in the welcome section outlining exactly which weights and accessories you’ll need.
This program is built on a form-first foundation, with a strong emphasis on teaching you exactly where you should feel muscle activation during each exercise. The human body is incredibly efficient at compensating, often finding the easiest way to complete a movement, even if that means the wrong muscles are doing the work. By minimizing these compensations, we can more directly target the muscles that truly need to be strengthened. Instead of relying on more weight, more exercises, or more time in the gym to see results, we focus on doing each movement correctly. The result? More effective workouts that save you time and energy while helping you move and feel better.
If you are currently dealing with significant pain, Dr. Luckow strongly recommends working one-on-one with a qualified practitioner to properly assess and address those issues first. PT Powered Workouts is designed to be an excellent next step after rehabilitation, helping you continue building strength, improve movement quality, and maintain the progress you’ve made.
Will I lose access to the content if I end my subscription? Yes — once your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the workouts. However, this program is designed to do more than just guide you through exercises. It teaches you foundational principles and movement cues that you can apply to any workout moving forward. Even completing just 3–4 months of the program will help you master the basics and set you up for long-term success in your future workouts.
PT Powered Workouts is a self-paced membership, so you can go at your own speed and fit it into your schedule. Workouts typically range from 30–35 minutes, but you can double up for a full hour if you like. Beginners might start with 2 sessions per week, while those ready to fully commit can do up to 4 sessions weekly. Beyond the workouts, the program includes educational materials, bonus resources, “go-to” exercises, and more...all optional so you can explore at your own pace and choose what works best for you.
Like any workout program, your results will depend on the consistency and effort you put in. That said, most people begin building noticeable muscle mass within 6–8 weeks. Dr. Luckow recommends committing to the program for at least three months to fully establish strong foundations, improve muscle activation, and begin seeing meaningful changes in how your body looks, feels, and performs.
